We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom
• United States
• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand

We do not ship to the EU at this time (too many customs goblins and paperwork nightmares—sorry, Euroghouls).

💌 Shipping Options & Prices

UK Orders:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50 - two day delivery aim
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99 - next day delivery aim
• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50

International Orders:

• Flat-rate shipping starts at £16, calculated at checkout based on location and order size. - 6-7 days delivery aim

⏳ Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its spooky little way.

🦇 Delivery Estimates

• UK: 2–4 working days after dispatch
• USA, Canada, Australia: Usually 7–14 working days, but may vary due to customs or local delays

Please allow extra time during holidays, postal strikes, or full moons.

🧛 Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs charges or import taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility—we can’t predict or cover them (even with bat wings).

🩸 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

• Check your tracking number
• Contact your local postal service
• Then email us at contact@bittervampire.com

We’ll help you track it down or raise a case with the shipping provider if needed.

🕯️ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered—but if your item isn’t quite right, here’s how to make it right.

🩸 Change of Heart?

No problem. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if you’d like to return it. After that, you have another 14 days to send it back. That’s 28 days total from delivery to post it off.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Pierced items (like earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

🩹 How to Return

1. Email us at contact@bittervampire.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you the return address and simple instructions.
3. You post the item back (tracked recommended) and keep proof of postage.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we messed up (oops!).

💀 Refunds

• Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• We’ll email you when it’s done—refunds usually take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

⚰️ Something’s Not Right?

If your item arrives damaged, haunted, or just plain wrong—contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you.
